Position Overview

As a GEM Animator, you will play a vital role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive community within APF France handicap's GEM-En Avant 41 initiative. Reporting to the Territorial Director of Indre et Loire and Loir et Cher, and collaborating closely with the GEM-En Avant 41 coordinator, your responsibilities encompass leading and implementing engaging activities that empower members and contribute to their overall well-being.

• Community Building: Cultivate a strong sense of mutual aid and solidarity among GEM members, creating a supportive environment where individuals feel valued and connected.
• Project Development: Guide members in conceptualizing, developing, and executing their own projects and activities, fostering their creativity, independence, and leadership skills.
• Activity Coordination: Organize diverse cultural and leisure activities within the GEM framework, expanding opportunities for interaction and engagement with external organizations.
• Mobile GEM Support: Ensure the smooth operation and continuous development of the Mobile GEM initiative, bringing its benefits to a wider audience.
• Communication Enhancement: Contribute to the creation and refinement of communication tools that effectively connect members, visitors, interns, volunteers, and employees, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Active Participation: Fully engage in the associative life of the GEM, contributing your energy and enthusiasm to its overall success.
• Member Support: Assist with the transportation and accompaniment of members, ensuring their safe and comfortable participation in activities.

Your role extends beyond facilitating activities; you will act as a catalyst for interaction and knowledge exchange among all stakeholders within the GEM ecosystem.
