Deputy Head of Pole – Transversal and Central Holding Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head of Pole – Transversal and Central Holding to join our Financial Controlling team at AXA Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of financial controllers and accountants, and working closely with our senior management and external stakeholders to drive the financial performance of our Group.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of financial controllers and accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for Transversal and Central Holding
- Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures to ensure compliance with IFRS17 and other regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with our senior management and external stakeholders to drive the financial performance of our Group
- Provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters to our business units and other stakeholders
- Manage and develop a team of financial controllers and accountants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
- 7+ years of experience in financial controlling and reporting, with a strong background in IFRS17 and other regulatory requirements
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve financial performance goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, external stakeholders, and other teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide expert advice and guidance
- Fluent in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
