CRM SERVICES is a leading company in the transportation industry, specializing in customer relationship management and digital innovation. Our company is organized around four operational directions and support directions:

  • Customer Offer and Relationship Direction develops and operates services such as TGV INOUI, Junior & Cie, and Ma Location Avis, in collaboration with the marketing direction of TGV-INTERCITÉS.
  • Production Direction oversees the production, security, and quality of services such as Restauration, Mes Bagages, and Junior & Cie, and ensures the maintenance of IT tools.
  • CRM and Fidelity Direction develops and implements the customer contact strategy in collaboration with the marketing direction of TGV-INTERCITÉS, and produces the entire customer animation plan.
  • Project Partners Direction provides expertise in IT and digital projects, and coordinates and pilots the work with all contributors.
  • Administrative and Financial Direction manages accounting, control, and procurement, as well as financial strategy.
  • Human Resources Direction supports employees and defines the HR strategy, ensuring the development of their skills and a positive work experience.

About the Job

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist - CRM Junior to join our team at CRM SERVICES. As a member of the Marketing Relationnel team, you will contribute to the construction and implementation of the customer solicitation plan.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Participating in the implementation of email and SMS campaigns for customers and subscribers.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders involved in marketing operations.
  • Producing monthly campaign reports and proposing optimization suggestions.
  • Conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking on customer loyalty programs and marketing relations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or digital communication.
  • Experience in CRM or marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email marketing tools.
