Job Title: Product Marketing Manager - Immuno/Allergy.
As a Biologist with a focus on marketing, you will take on the role of Product Marketing Manager - Immuno/Allergy at Eurobio Scientific.
In this position, you will report to the Marketing Department and be tasked with overseeing and promoting our solutions that integrate instrumentation and reagents in specialized fields, particularly in autoimmunity. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Formulating a comprehensive marketing strategy
- Creating product documentation, persuasive sales arguments, and supportive environments for the products under your management
- Providing training and support to the sales team (including field visits)
- Leading and driving the introduction of new parameters
- Conducting performance evaluations in collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)
- Serving as the primary contact for suppliers related to your product range and negotiating pricing in alignment with the Marketing Department
- Identifying future requirements to broaden the instrument offerings in immunology and participating in the selection of partners
- Engaging in national and international conferences.

Profile: You hold a Master's degree in Biology or a PhD with a specialization in marketing, possessing a solid understanding of immunology (or biochemistry) and a proven track record in a similar role. Familiarity with instrumentation is advantageous. You are well-versed in sales and marketing methodologies, fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking), and skilled in office software. Creative, energetic, and responsive, you exhibit strong listening, analytical, and synthesis skills. You demonstrate independence and adaptability, along with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
