We are looking for a new analyst to join our Performance team in the Safer Gaming department. The new Performance team's mission is to bring customer protection to the next level by identifying and working on ways to improve the way we work.
Your Role
- Quality analysis: Perform quality assessments of our daily operations, liaise with the operations teams to correct issues spotted during quality checks, and report quality assessment outputs to management.
- Knowledge: Master all aspects of operational processes and workflows, benchmark best market practice in terms of customer protection, and back up the Safer gaming training team with targeted coaching and training.
- Quality system definition: Contribute to operational performance improvement through targeted recommendations, in collaboration with the training team, and contribute to continuous improvement of our quality system.
Requirements
- At least one proven successful work experience in a relevant position (data analysis, project management, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills that you leverage to inform decision-making.
- An obsession for quality and detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- An ability to work collaboratively with operational teams.
- Full fluency in English and French.
