We are a team of 90 employees dedicated to designing, implementing, and commissioning energy recovery systems tailored to all types of renewable fuels (biomass, CSR, waste...). Our mission is to assist our clients in producing decarbonized energy to contribute to a better and more sustainable future.
We are currently seeking a dynamic Mechanical Assembly Manager specializing in the thermal sector to join our team.
As part of the Montage & SAV activities, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our installations, focusing on safety, costs, deadlines, and quality, for new construction or renovation projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Pre-Project Phase: Define and draft the assembly procedure and schedule in collaboration with the project team. Participate in selecting suppliers and subcontractors. Attend project kick-off meetings. Coordinate site visits with the Project Manager: pre-installation, progress, and site monitoring.
- Project Execution: Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Determine technical, material, and human resource requirements. Supervise site management and progress. Coordinate onsite teams. Prepare project reports. Act as the primary contact for the Project Manager and the client. Ensure project success (safety, costs, deadlines, and quality).
Your Profile
General Engineer with successful experience in construction management (boilers, piping, accessories) or as a technical manager in process industries (chemical, oil, naval, thermal, etc.).
Technical Skills: Construction: structural work, industrial piping, pressure vessels, welding. Quality control: materials, welded assemblies, mechanical assemblies, etc. Detailed knowledge of project architecture and business contract elements. Familiarity with industry standards, techniques, and trades. Proficiency in writing reports, summaries, etc.
Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office & scheduling software). Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Job Constraints
Compliance with safety rules and project deadlines. Full-time travel within France and abroad.
