Job Overview:

  • Oversee project scheduling, financial management, resource allocation, and risk assessment
  • Facilitate collaboration among project stakeholders, including MOA/MOE, business units, and both internal and external participants
  • Conduct analysis and collection of business requirements
  • Draft comprehensive business requirement documentation
  • Develop both general and detailed functional specifications
  • Execute functional testing procedures
  • Lead change management initiatives, including user manual development and training sessions
  • Provide functional support and assistance to users
  • Monitor progress of project tasks

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher (from a business school, engineering institution, or a third cycle in insurance) and have demonstrable experience within the insurance industry (Life, P&C, Benefits, Health, or Retirement) alongside project management expertise. Familiarity with industry software such as Graphtalk AIA, Master I, Wynsure, Zags, ITN, and CEGEDIM software is advantageous. The candidate should exhibit a strong service orientation and adaptability, with a keen interest in diverse and challenging client engagements. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is considered a plus.
