We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional & Alumni Education Programs Coordinator to join our team at the University of Notre Dame. This role will provide administrative, logistical, and technical support for alumni education and professional programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide digital platform support for ThinkND and IrishCompass, including site maintenance, content updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate program development, implementation, and evaluation, including working with volunteer leaders and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform program development and evaluation.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources for professional and alumni education programs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and 1-2 years of professional experience.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and data management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize to meet deadlines with quality work.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with technology, including Google suite and Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with email marketing and broadcast email software.
  • Strong proven technology skills in video production and editing.
