• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Commerce, Dietetics, Esthetics, Biology, or Sports Science
• 2 years of experience in a related field
Your Responsibilities
As a Beauty Consultant at ESTC School Of Management, you will have the following key responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range to provide expert advice to customers
- Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Optimize sales performance by participating in the organization and merchandising of our product displays
- Prepare and manage inventory in your designated area, including isolating products and highlighting key features
- Collaborate with our laboratory partners to develop and implement promotional activities and point-of-sale displays
Your Skills
• Organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
Training Provided by ESTC
• Alternate between coursework and on-the-job training, with a minimum of 1-2 days per week in the classroom and 3-4 days per week in the pharmacy
• Attend a one-week training session at ESTC every 3 months
• Students from overseas are exempt from the requirement to attend training in metropolitan areas
