As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for steering purchasing transformation projects and ensuring compliance with associated deliverables, project communication, reporting, and management of alerts linked to your projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Steer transformation projects and ensure compliance with deliverables, project communication, reporting, and alert management.
Be the spokesperson for the Group's responsible purchasing policy and ensure strict compliance (KPIs monitoring, internal audits, etc.).
Drive proposals to mobilize and animate the community around transformation projects, particularly internationally (periodic activity reviews, communication, KPIs monitoring, etc.).
Be the main point of contact for buyers on supplier risk management issues and support them in implementing this system.
Contribute to improving operational efficiency of processes, giving priority to collective approaches directly inspired by Lean Management, and change management to unite key players.
Be committed to continuous improvement in your activities.
Contribute to the professionalization of the Purchasing function by improving knowledge and sharing best practices.
Contribute to the organization of events, webinars, etc.

**Requirements:**
Master's degree in a relevant field (business school, engineering school, 3rd cycle university)
5 years of experience in consulting or within a Purchasing Department
Mastery of project management processes
Fluency in English and Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
People person and team player
Self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to work in a complex organization and build relationships with contacts
Rigorous, synthetic, and concerned with the quality of deliverables
Results-oriented and creative in search for solutions
