BeBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Chef de Rang to join our team in La Rochelle, France. As a Chef de Rang, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experience and efficient service in our restaurant.

• Prepare the dining area for each service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and seating guests with a smile and a professional demeanor.
• Take orders and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Coordinate the work of commis de salle and maintain effective communication with the kitchen team.
• Manage customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues efficiently.

• Experience as a Chef de Rang or in a similar role, with excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
