Position: Human Resources Coordinator - LHH Recruitment Solutions

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a consultancy firm specializing in the pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a committed Human Resources Coordinator to become part of their team.

In this role, you will engage in a variety of administrative and personnel development tasks:

  • HR Administration: Oversee contracts, monitor HRIS, manage medical appointments, and handle administrative paperwork.
  • Administrative Assistance: Maintain file entries, update data, and track billing.
  • Training Management: Coordinate employee registrations, scheduling, and liaise with training providers.
  • Collaboration with Payroll: Manage time tracking and facilitate payroll data transmission.
  • HR Communication: Prepare informational notices and create organizational charts.
  • Exit Procedures: Handle resignation processes and document management.
  • Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen candidates, and organize interviews.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in HR, ideally within the industrial or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong adaptability, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
