Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Galeries Lafayette. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth in our luxury department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
