About the Data Analytics Team

The Data Analytics team, with 25 employees, plays a key role in both the digital transformation projects of our clients and the growing evolution of the Talan Sud Est region.

About the Job

As a Data Architect Lead, you will accompany clients on end-to-end data projects (scoping, usage definition, technological recommendations). You will estimate costs and produce financial calculations, build schedules, follow project progress, and more, while respecting financial balance.

Your missions will include (non-exhaustive list):

  • Design the client's IT infrastructure management strategy
  • Ensure compliance with architecture, governance, security, and architecture review rules
  • Help clients design, build, and execute an agile and evolving data infrastructure that is normalized and optimized for operational efficiency
  • Improve existing environment performance by proposing improvement axes and auditing
  • Share knowledge and skills within the Data team and help other colleagues develop their skills
  • Participate in pre-sales by qualifying opportunities, creating financial calculations, and assisting in drafting commercial proposals

Requirements

You hold a bac+5 degree (engineering or technical master's degree) and have 8 years of experience in a SI project context, with at least 3 years of experience in architecture design and recommendation.

You have a strong ability to work transversely, challenge client needs, and be a proposal force, while federating teams.

You are rigorous, recognized for your communication skills and pedagogy, and your experience has allowed you to accompany your clients and be convincing.

We expect you to have experience in a variety of technologies, including:

  • Experience with open-source systems and cloud providers (primarily Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Architecture and implementation of Azure, including Azure Active Directory, IaaS and PaaS solutions, networking, and security
  • Azure automation, Infra-as-Code, creation of solution templates for rapid and consistent deployment, and practical experience with DevSecOps
  • Experience in modernizing applications, reducing dependencies on legacy architectures, modularizing systems, and maximizing the value of cloud technologies
  • Experience in migrating large and complex workloads to Azure, AWS, or GCP (e.g., SAP, mainframe)

A good level of English is required for this position.
