Your Mission:

Our Digital Performance Monitoring team assists customers in building and running software efficiently. We establish feedback loops based on end-to-end and full-stack monitoring, enabling proactive support and auto-healing systems. Continuous monitoring information plays a crucial role in business decisions made by our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help grow Inetum-Realdolmen as a leading Dynatrace/performance expert in Belgium
  • Implement Dynatrace in complex environments
  • Provide tailored support for customer DevOps environments
  • Adapt Dynatrace tools to customer processes and vice versa
  • Set up unbreakable continuous integration and delivery pipelines
  • Continuously increase organizational maturity by optimizing performance processes

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a DevOps ecosystem with performance tools, including 3 years as a technical consultant, developer, or architect
  • Experience with Performance Engineering processes
  • Thorough knowledge of English and either Dutch or French
