We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Equipment Specialist to join our team at X-FAB France SAS. As a key member of our Maintenance & Equipment organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance and availability of our production equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Lead cross-functional projects and working groups to improve industrial parameters and equipment reliability
- Manage the maintenance budget and ensure effective use of resources
- Collaborate with Process & Production teams to define equipment specifications and improve manufacturing processes
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and implement new solutions to improve equipment performance
- Engineering degree with a strong background in electromechanics, robotics, or a related field
- Proven experience in maintenance operations and equipment management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent English language skills
- Knowledge of FMEA, 6S, Hishikawa, and CMMS data analysis
