**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Groupe Fed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, construction, or a related field
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
