We are seeking a highly skilled Opto-Electronic Technologies Pilot to join our team at the IPVF. As a key member of our characterization division, you will play a crucial role in supporting our research and innovation efforts.

About the Role

In close collaboration with the head of the characterization division, you will be responsible for three main missions:

  • Research support mission on opto-electronic technologies: You will improve the ergonomics of workstations, prototype parts, automate software and hardware, and train new users and update the training of already trained users.
  • With a background in physical measurements training or equivalent, you will have knowledge of metrology, instrumentation electronics, and spectroscopy. You will be proficient in Office and have some knowledge of programming in Python.
  • You will understand technical English and be able to write in French.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of physical measurement techniques, including metrology, instrumentation electronics, and spectroscopy. You will also need to be proficient in Office and have some knowledge of programming in Python. Additionally, you will need to be able to understand technical English and write in French.
