Electronics Instructor

About the Role

Fab' Academy du Pôle formation UIMM is seeking a skilled Electronics Trainer to join our team. As an Electronics Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in the field of electronics to our diverse range of learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Animate training sessions in electronics for our various audiences (apprentices, continuing education, job seekers)
• Participate in company visits and develop exams throughout the year
• Evaluate learners' skills and professional acquisitions throughout the learning process and during final exams
• Improve various teaching materials
• Work fixed hours from Monday to Friday (8:15-17:00)

Requirements

• You have a solid expertise in the field of electronics, with a specialization in testing and/or soldering
• You have a thorough knowledge of IPC-A-610 and A 620 regulatory requirements
• You are proficient in the tools and technologies used in the electronics and testing fields
• You are passionate about your work and have acquired significant experience in the industry
• You enjoy working in a team
• You find value in sharing your experience
