ADMR, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a skilled Infirmier or Infirmière to join our team on a temporary basis for the summer period at our Soins Centre in Valdahon.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to provide high-quality nursing care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be able to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Infirmier or Infirmière
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
