About the Role
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our team at Asado, a unique restaurant concept inspired by renowned establishments like Asador Etxebarri, Firedoor, Don Julio, Brat, and Hawksmoor. Our restaurant boasts a stunning space with colossal wood-fired barbecues and a breathtaking panoramic terrace.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes using the finest meats and fish from the Pyrenees to the Aubrac, and the Mediterranean.
- Develop and implement new recipes and cooking techniques to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create a unique and innovative menu.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
