Marketing Trade Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Trade Marketing professional to join our team at Coty. As a Marketing Trade Marketing, you will be responsible for implementing fragrance and makeup initiatives in international markets.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement long-term Trade Marketing strategies to establish Coty brands and accelerate market share growth
- Monitor market performances and provide insights to the Global Trade Marketing team
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Merchandising, Digital, Influencer Marketing, Media, and Global Promotions to drive business growth
- Track and analyze sell-in & sell-out performance at global level against KPIs/comparable benchmarks
- Run ad-hoc Trade Marketing analysis and provide recommendations to the team
- Assist markets in their operational requests and provide support to the Global Trade Marketing team
- Consolidate and track the global trade plans/marketing calendars and manage launch dates for all markets
- Facilitate the preparation of key meetings including business review and fashion house presentations
- Coordinate launch needs with marketing teams (samples, assets, mock ups,...)
- Run market, competitor analysis and online auditing
- Manage & consolidate Global brand updates with Global teams via Sharepoint and Newsletter updates to Markets
- Actualize brand Distribution database and global contact list
- Masters student with prior 6-months internship in marketing or sales or consulting
- Strong business acumen and analytical background (advanced Excel skills required)
- Fluent in English (>50% work in English)
- Keen to work in a fast-paced environment and to lead projects in an independent manner
