About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technician Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ASF Direction Régionale Aquitaine Midi-Pyrénées. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Conduct thorough inspections and analysis to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures
- Develop and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance or technical role; experience in the transportation or infrastructure industry a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
