- Facilitate alignment between resources and project needs (financial, technical, human).
- Maintain and track project timelines effectively.
- Collaborate with Financial Control to monitor budgetary constraints.
- Evaluate intricate scenarios, suggest solutions, and develop recommendations in partnership with business and IT project stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks: Outline technical and functional risks and assess their significance.
- Administer project risks (quality, budget, contractual, scheduling) and communicate progress through defined deliverables within the team.
