Job Summary:
KLUBB GROUP, a leading industrial company, is seeking an experienced Industrial Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for defining procurement strategies, managing supplier panels, and negotiating best conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the needs of our production units;
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to develop and implement supply chain strategies;
- Manage and maintain a diverse supplier panel, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal conditions;
- Monitor and analyze product costs and conduct market research to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure performance and quality;
- Support the Supply Chain and Quality departments in supplier relations and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of experience, or Master's Degree with 2-3 years of experience;
- Strong technical purchasing skills and experience in industrial environments;
- Ability to work in dynamic settings and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improvement.
