We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to collaborate with our product and design teams in creating a seamless video experience for the Android platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced Android applications with a focus on native video players.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to customize the video experience and define, design, and ship new features.
- Focus on user experience, reliability, and usability.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Android SDK and experience with Kotlin, coroutines, and flows.
- Experience working with ExoPlayer and third-party libraries and APIs.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle and good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a small fast-paced team and be self-motivated to explore new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basics in Design System approach and experience in video streaming and buffering.
- Experience with JetPack Compose and UI/UX, Pixel perfect animations.
