Job Title: Strategic Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Manager to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers to drive sales and business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficient in French and English.
