Role Overview
As an apprentice in Quality Assurance, you will engage in activities related to the Quality System and Quality Operations for our pharmaceutical site, ensuring compliance with public health regulations, international standards, and Bristol Myers Squibb's internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Chief Pharmaceutical Officer and the Director of Quality and Pharmaceutical Affairs in all quality-related activities. Your contributions will include:
- Management of Quality System documentation.
- Preparation for inspections, self-assessments, and external audits, including the development of corrective action plans.
- Handling deviations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversight of GXP suppliers and subcontractors.
- Facilitating training for activities related to the pharmaceutical site.
- Implementing change control processes.
- Coordinating promotional activities aligned with regulatory frameworks.
- Contributing to business continuity planning.
- Conducting annual pharmaceutical quality reviews and maintaining compliance with new regulations.
Required Skills

- Additional training in Regulatory Affairs.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
