Position: Insurance Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze client requirements, ensuring alignment with proposed solutions and addressing any inconsistencies
- Draft specifications and user stories, engaging with clients and software vendors
- Customize the KELIA software solution
- Plan and execute testing phases, participating in the implementation process
- Oversee the testing of enhancements and fixes provided by the software vendor
- Facilitate demonstrations, training sessions, and maintain updated training documentation
- Assist users during software upgrades and offer functional support
- Report progress and collaborate effectively with the project team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related discipline
- Experience within the insurance industry, with knowledge of areas such as contracts, premiums, and claims
- Familiarity with insurance software, especially KELIA, is a plus
- Understanding of IT principles including Information Systems, Databases, APIs, and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to adapt to changing professional landscapes
- Proficiency in English
