Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pre-Commissioning Engineer to join our team at Profile Middle East LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating pre-commissioning activities for pipeline and umbilical scopes, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client needs and drivers, as well as contract structure, split, and limits of responsibilities between stakeholders.
  • Contribute to project engineering reviews on pre-commissioning and commissioning scope, and participate in HAZIDS/HIRAs, supplier audits, and relevant recommendations.
  • Witness function testing of supplier equipment, participate in trials and operations, and supervise equipment mobilization lists and delivery on site.
  • Coordinate and support onsite mobilization and demobilization, follow sub-contractors, and prepare and supervise onsite toolbox talks.
  • Manage 3rd party subcontractors at client fabrication sites and offshore vessels, and report to project pre-commissioning lead.
  • Oversee junior engineer onsite and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in EPCI/SURF projects, with broad experience and expertise in pipeline and umbilical pre-commissioning scopes.
  • Fluent level of English, written and spoken, with knowledge of French a plus.
