Join our team at NXP Semiconductors as a Financial Analyst in our Finance & Accounting department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of all US & Local GAAP accounts, R&D tax credit, subsidized projects and SOX controls in connection with the monthly and annual closings of our French and Italian company.
Key Responsibilities- Update the "Reliable Audit Trail" (PAF) documentation and prepare the FEC (Accounting Records File) as well as its documentation for the 2024 financial year.
- Prepare the "Executive Summary", a report on the French activity to be communicated to shareholders (in English).
- Assist the head of subsidized projects in the preparation of the "Statements of expenditure" of the subsidies as well as in the preparation of the CIR (R&D Tax Credit) documentation.
- Participate in our monthly closings (review of accounts, adjustment entries, review of provisions/charges to be paid, analyses, documentation of SOX tests, etc.).
- BAC + 5 (Master, DCG, or equivalent)
- Perfect knowledge of accounting and corporate finance
- Excellent understanding of computer science
- Very good level of oral and written English
