Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement laboratory testing programs to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct quality control checks on materials and products to identify any defects or irregularities.
  • Record and analyze test results, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory activities and test results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong understanding of quality control procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations.
