Club Med is seeking a highly skilled Hygiene and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and food safety across our resorts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HACCP plans to ensure compliance with international regulations and local standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor the implementation and compliance with HACCP plan requirements.
- Provide internal expertise and support to teams on hygiene and food safety matters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze failures and non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure the follow-up of Pest Control Management Plan and certificate management system.
Requirements:
- Background in food engineering, veterinary, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Good knowledge of regulations, hygiene, and food safety standards, including ISO 22000 and 22001-FDA regulation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability, precision, organization, confidentiality, and autonomy.
