As a Digital Transformation Lead at CEVA Logistics, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's digital transformation. You will be responsible for implementing and managing AI and data science solutions to support our business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI and data science strategies to support business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of experts to deliver high-quality solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure CEVA Logistics remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, technical-functional, and managerial aspects.
  • Technical-functional experience with AI tools, applications, Cloud Solutions (AWS and Snowflake), and modern data architecture models.
  • Strong experience in management and coordination of activities, including tools, processes, best practices, and risk management.
  • Strategic vision and operational execution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
