Vous rejoignez notre équipe de modélisation et de cadre réglementaire en tant qu'expert. Votre mission consiste à participer à la définition des standards de modélisation pour le groupe, à suivre et évaluer l'impact des dernières évolutions réglementaires sur les normes internes et à proposer des ajustements de la norme en cas d'impact.
Vos missions- Participez à la définition d'un cadre homogène de principes et de méthodes à l'échelle du Groupe et assurez sa diffusion
- Vous assurez que les normes internes intègrent les dernières évolutions réglementaires et les attentes des superviseurs
- Participez aux réunions de place pour vous tenir informé et représenter les intérêts du groupe
- Apportez un support normatif et méthodologique aux équipes développeuses de modèles
- Contribuez aux sollicitations méthodologiques ponctuelles des régulateurs ou internes autour des modèles
- Diplômé d'un Bac + 5 (École d'Ingénieur ou Commerce), avec au minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le développement, l'utilisation, la validation ou l'audit de modèles de risques IRB
- Connaissance de la réglementation (Bâle 2 / 3 / 4, EBA / BCE Guidelines) et / ou pratique opérationnelle dans la gestion des risques
- Appétence pour les aspects techniques liés à la modélisation
- Appétence pour les sujets réglementaires et capacité à interpréter et décliner les textes
- Capacité rédactionnelle et capacité à synthétiser des sujets techniquement complexes
- Capacité à interagir avec les parties prenantes du processus de modélisations
- Revenu attractif avec possibilité de changement de poste en moyenne tous les 4 ans
