About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled WMS Coordinator to join our team at IKEA. As a key member of our Fulfilment Operations unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse management systems (WMS) across various markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for WMS Superusers to enhance their competencies and drive success in our Logistics units.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and involve relevant parties in projects, processes, or questions to drive results.
  • Ensure the availability, configuration, and maintenance of WMS in respective markets to support operations.
  • Lead in change management and explore new opportunities to drive business results and people development.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a management position with a proven track record of successful leadership.
  • Fluency in English and strong skills in coaching, mentoring, facilitation, conflict management, and problem-solving.
  • Good knowledge of change management, stakeholder management, and leading in the unknown.
