About the Role
As a Financial Analyst at Abylsen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and performance of our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing expenses, managing budgets, and providing insightful reports to support strategic decision-making.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth expense analyses to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the monthly and annual closing processes for cost centers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with departments to develop and execute comprehensive budget exercises.
- Maintain up-to-date budget records and provide regular performance reports.
- Monitor key financial indicators and identify potential risks or opportunities.
Who We Are Looking For
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in budget/cost management within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office Suite, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
