Educational Requirements: Master's degree or higher
Field of Study: Business, Engineering, or a Master's degree with a specialization in market finance
Experience Required: 3 - 5 years
Preferred Background: Experience in Market Finance is advantageous
Technical Proficiencies:
- Expertise in market risks associated with interest rate derivatives, particularly exotic products
- Comprehensive understanding of interest rate or hybrid financial instruments and their valuation techniques
- Acquaintance with regulatory frameworks pertaining to market prudential regulations
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication abilities, facilitating information sharing within the team and across departments
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Attention to detail and organizational proficiency
