Role Overview
In the capacity of a Program Management Officer (PMO), you will engage with the Executive Committee of both entities and report directly to the Chief Technology Officer or an equivalent position. Your responsibilities will include coordinating, monitoring, and communicating strategic initiatives and research and development programs. This role will require you to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives, manage financial resources, and drive the success of various programs.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination of Strategic Initiatives
- Guarantee real-time visibility and communication of strategic initiatives and programs to teams at Nomadic Labs and TriliTech.
- Oversee the tracking of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and key performance indicators related to strategic initiatives, programs, resources, and risks.
Reporting and Documentation Management
- Administer reporting to the Tezos Foundation.
- Facilitate the preparation of reports concerning the Research Tax Credit (CIR).
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and work plans.
- Coordinate budget oversight with the Executive Committee of Nomadic Labs and TriliTech.
- Supervise the tracking of contracts with suppliers and service providers, assigning tasks and communicating expected outcomes.
Risk Assessment and Management
- Identify and evaluate potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Suggest and execute enhancements to project management processes.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Possession of a minimum Bac +5 degree, ideally in engineering.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong enthusiasm for Web3 and blockchain technologies.
- Experience in an agile work environment is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple programs concurrently.
- Familiarity with performance indicators and OKRs.
- Reporting capabilities and experience in preparing administrative and financial documents.
- Competence in budget management and supplier contract tracking.
