With a portfolio of over 400 renowned brands including Ben&Jerry's, Magnum, Maille, Axe, and Skip, we engage with 2 billion consumers on a daily basis.
Cogesal-Miko serves as the French manufacturing hub for Unilever Group's Ice Cream brands (Carte d'Or, Magnum, Cornetto, etc.). With a legacy that dates back a century to the inception of the iconic MIKO ice creams, our state-of-the-art and highly automated facility currently employs a workforce of 200 individuals.
Location: Production facility at Cogesal-Miko.
Key Responsibilities
You will become a part of the Energy and Utilities division at the site, which encompasses cold production, compressed air systems, boiler operations, water distribution, and overall energy and fluid management. This team comprises a dozen skilled technicians, and your responsibilities will include:
- Integrating a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) within the department, ensuring compatibility with existing site systems, in collaboration with the digitalization team;
- Overseeing projects aimed at energy conservation;
- Monitoring the management of equipment in risk-prone areas (such as ammonia in cold production, gas for boiler operations, ATEX zones, etc.), adhering to Unilever Group's standards and protocols;
- Ensuring adherence to French regulations concerning ammonia pressure equipment.
This role will involve collaboration with the utilities team, safety department, digitalization unit, technical services, suppliers, and subcontractors, as well as with Unilever Group's European refrigeration networks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates for a minimum two-year internship as part of an Engineering School program.
You should possess strong interpersonal abilities and an open mindset, along with excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
Independence, proactivity, and the capacity for critical thinking are essential.
Additionally, you should have the ability to influence and educate others.
Proficiency in English is a plus for this role.
