We are seeking an experienced Occupational Physician to lead a team of two dedicated healthcare professionals. As a manager, you will oversee the implementation of comprehensive health work interviews for our employees.

• Provide expert guidance to establishments on enhancing working conditions, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
• Advise establishment directors and employee representatives on occupational risk prevention, workplace health, and safety measures.
• Conduct thorough assessments of work environments and propose necessary adjustments to mitigate potential hazards.
• Collaborate with the occupational health team to support employees with vulnerabilities, disabilities, or recovering from incapacities in maintaining their employment.
• Actively participate in awareness and prevention campaigns alongside the occupational health team.
• Engage in working groups and studies initiated by medical services to contribute to best practices.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure the ongoing medical follow-up of SNCF employees within your designated region. Your expertise will help prevent any health deterioration stemming from work-related factors. You will have access to specialized physicians across various fields, such as noise exposure, ionizing radiation, toxicology, and specialists in medical centers like cardiologists or pulmonologists.

We seek a highly qualified physician registered with the National Council of Physicians, ideally with prior experience as an occupational physician and specialization in occupational medicine (CES-DES).
