Force Interim specializes in temporary staffing and recruitment across various industries. They are currently looking for a dedicated Project Manager in Mechatronics to join a company focused on automotive solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the project team to meet quality, profitability, and scheduling objectives as set by management.
- Oversee team members while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Establish quality, profitability, and cost targets, guiding the project team to achieve these goals with an emphasis on cash flow management.
- Maintain adherence to schedules, manage potential risks, and guarantee product/system reliability, safety, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Core Missions:
- Create a comprehensive project plan that includes timelines for mechatronic systems, components, hardware, and software.
- Develop a project timeline, foresee deviations and risks, and execute corrective measures as necessary.
- Manage the project from the development phase through to production, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and managing the project budget.
- Supervise product and process design to achieve cost efficiency and profitability targets.
- Identify potential project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and conduct thorough project evaluations.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be an engineer with at least 3 years of experience in project management. Essential skills and qualifications include:
- Fluency in English (TOEIC >750) with the ability to provide coaching.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and ERP systems.
- Understanding of internal manufacturing processes and supplier dynamics.
- Familiarity with mechatronic system production processes and quality standards.
- Experience in failure mode analysis, engineering principles, and quality methodologies.
- Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards, along with quality tools such as APQP and SPC.
