We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our growing Home-based Care team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients within the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized nursing care to patients based on their individual needs and medical conditions.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure holistic patient support.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management strategies and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Proven experience providing home-based nursing care.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in home healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
