About the Role:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the automation systems maintenance manager to define maintenance protocols.
- Monitoring maintenance market trends for systems.
- Formulating and executing agreements with partners regarding system upkeep.
- Overseeing diagnostics for intricate issues.
- Coordinating with maintenance system providers to analyze the root causes of malfunctions.
- Executing corrective actions and cybersecurity measures.
- Managing modification requests from various parties.
- Programming updates for systems and software.
- Supervising maintenance contracts.
- Ensuring technical and technological awareness.
- Articulating software support requirements and confirming alignment with maintenance activities.
- Ensuring that performance levels agreed upon with transport authorities are met.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess an engineering degree (Bac +5 or higher) in electrical systems or IT infrastructure, along with 5 to 10 years of experience in system design or maintenance. We seek an individual who demonstrates:
