Job Title: Procurement Specialist

At Adarborem, we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to public procurement and regional purchasing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, management, and monitoring of public procurement processes;
  • Negotiation with contractors within authorized procedures;
  • Legal and economic oversight of ongoing contracts;
  • Supplier evaluation;
  • Feedback collection on contract execution;
  • Participation in local procurement committees.

Regional Purchasing Coordination:

  • Gathering needs from other regional offices;
  • Managing regional procurement processes;
  • Reporting to the national purchasing coordination team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented;
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to unforeseen circumstances;
  • Ability to handle tasks with discretion;
  • Quick responsiveness and customer service orientation;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word;

Qualifications:

Must have a specialized degree in procurement/public procurement/public law;

Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement and public contracts.
