The HR Business Partner for Southern regions (France, Italy, and Spain) is tasked with delivering comprehensive human resources support tailored to the specific operations in these countries. This role spans various HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with the overarching HR strategy and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations:
    Act as the main contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
    Oversee Work Council meetings and represent the organization in these regions.
    Cultivate a positive and efficient work atmosphere by addressing employee concerns and resolving disputes.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
    Implement effective onboarding processes to seamlessly integrate new employees into the organization.
  3. Compliance and Policy Enforcement:
    Ensure HR practices adhere to local labor laws and regulations.
    Develop, execute, and uphold HR policies and procedures that align with both global standards and local requirements.
  4. Performance Management:
    Facilitate the performance review process, providing resources and guidance to managers and employees.
    Assist in crafting performance improvement plans and track progress.
  5. Training and Development:
    Assess training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    Encourage ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.
  6. Compensation and Benefits:
    Manage compensation and benefits programs in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  7. HR Data Management:
    Maintain accurate and current employee records within the HRIS system.
    Generate HR reports and analyze data to support informed decision-making.
  8. Employee Engagement:
    Design and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
    Analyze feedback from employee surveys and propose actionable improvements.
  9. Health and Safety:
    Ensure a safe workplace by complying with health and safety regulations.
    Promote wellness initiatives to support employee well-being.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, ideally within a multinational context.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and local labor laws.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken; Spanish or Italian is advantageous.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and local conditions.
