Technician Gas Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technician Gas Specialist to join our team at ENGIE, a leading energy company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our gas distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on gas distribution equipment, including valves, pipes, and fittings.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Respond to emergency situations, such as gas leaks or equipment failures, and take corrective action to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues and improve network performance.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of industry best practices, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in gas distribution, maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, industry regulations, and technical procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
