EHPAD Les Jardins d'Iroise de Auch is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team of professionals.

We are a close-knit community of 40 residents, committed to providing a warm and supportive environment where everyone feels valued. Our focus is on the well-being and comfort of both residents and staff members.

• Provide high-quality care to our residents under the guidance of the coordinating nurse and in collaboration with our dedicated care team.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver hygiene, preventative, and daily living assistance to residents.
• Assist nurses with various care tasks and actively participate in enriching activities that enhance residents' lives.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for our residents, ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
• Communicate observations effectively to ensure continuity of care.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

• A Nursing Assistant State Diploma.
• A strong commitment to teamwork and a willingness to adapt to various situations.
• Initiative and the ability to work independently while prioritizing residents' well-being.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
