Our client is an independent group specializing in real estate savings and operating in the Asset Management and Real Estate Promotion sectors. You will join a large company recognized for its quality of life at work.
As a member of the senior fund controller team, you will be responsible for managing the accounting and taxation of your domain. You will ensure that the service providers are coordinated to meet deadlines and guarantee the quality of the accounting production.
Your role will consist of:
- Analyzing and controlling financial accounts
- Performing analytical reviews and reconciling the budget with real data
- Supervising current tax declarations such as VAT, VAT regularization, CRL, CVAE, IFU, and DAS 2, as well as European declarations
- Verifying annual tax declarations and contributing to the tracking of the fund's cash flow
- Being responsible for the control of quarterly and annual account statements
You hold a Bachelor's degree +2 of the BTS or DCG type, and you justify at least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm or in fund accounting. Knowledge of SCPI, SCI products would be appreciated.
