Job Summary

The Department of Val-de-Marne is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to the Mission of Law and Litigation RSA. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the mission's activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the updating of beneficiary situations.
  • Record requests on sector tracking tables.
  • Treat correspondence / Send simple and registered letters.
  • Participate in the reception of phone calls for the entire RSA sector.
  • Classify and archive service files.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Knowledge of written and oral expression rules.
  • Mastery of dashboards and planning tools.
  • Mastery of the computer environment, office tools.
